Circut Training

If you like the idea of exercising outdoor and you find training in the small group of people fun and motivating, then why don’t you try our circuit training in the park?

This form of fitness workout is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina.
We will challenge you with a variety of fun exercises using natural recourses and outdoor equipment. Come along and enjoy a fantastic fitness training while having an effective workout in a peaceful and healthy environment!

Booking a Circuit Training Session

Currently we are running circuit training sessions in Primrose Hill (Exercise Area next to a playground) on Thursdays at 7:30-8:30pm. Number of people in the class: 3-15.

Price per session per person: £10.

If you would like to book this class send us an email. Please include your name, phone number, e-mail address, post code and date of the class.

Please come 5-10 min before the class to regulate the payment and fill in PARQ form.

Meeting point: Exercise Area in Primrose Hill.

If you are interested to take part in a circuit training in the park but the place or the time doesn′t suit you, please send us your request. If you can find at least 3 people together, then we can provide a circuit training at your desirable place and time.
